She was able to offer changes to flights and transfers from and to the airport which is always reassuring when you’re looking for a tailored experience to take away any stress during the journey. Shirley offered a first class service in planning our cruise, and as our named concierge we hope this will continue as we now prepare for our wonderful cruise on Silversea Spirit….

Everything was just first class from initial contact, through to signed and sealed etc. I've been loyal to a couple of other cruise specialists for some 30(ish) previous cruises, only a few times booking through Six Star/118 Katie was extremely helpful and efficient throughout. I'd have no hesitation returning for future cruises
