Shirley, our travel concierge, is always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We often make changes to flights and pre/post cruise stays and Shirley is always happy to help tailor our trips to our requirements and price up alternative options. We have recently returned from South America where we had stays at different hotels and internal flights in Argentina before boarding our cruise ship and Shirley arranged everything including several transfers and everything went smoothly in a timely manner. We have had several trips arranged by Shirley and are looking forward to booking many more in the future.

I have spent a fair bit of time researching and searching on the net for a reasonably priced river cruise at short notice. I stumbled across Six Star Cruises and communicated by messages. I was stunned that instead of the normal "bot" I was actually chatting with the lovely Shirley McCoy. She quickly saved a couple of spots on a cruise from Amsterdam to Basel and said she'd call me back, which she did and we sorted payment over the phone. She was able to offer changes to flights and transfers from and to the airport which is always reassuring when you’re looking for a tailored experience to take away any stress during the journey.
