Shirley took our initial request and listened to what we were interested in and any additional requirements. She was able to offer changes to flights and transfers from and to the airport which is always reassuring when you’re looking for a tailored experience to take away any stress during the journey. Shirley offered a first class service in planning our cruise, and as our named concierge we hope this will continue as we now prepare for our wonderful cruise on Silversea Spirit….

Oceania have changed part of an itinerary with a knock on effect at next port of call.my daytrip has been cancelled and obc not returned .therefore I can't book another trip and 6 Star Cruises say I need to speak to someone once on board.allround a one star service .
